GDC Resources
The Georgia Diabetes Coalition seeks to implement culturally relevant diabetes education programs, support a variety of events to raise the awareness of the effects of diabetes and its complications, and provide resources to strengthen its member programs and initiatives statewide.
GDC is a membership organization that serves as a unified voice for those dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with and affected by diabetes. We work closely with members and other organizations in providing resources to strengthen programs and initiatives statewide. Through collaboration with local coalition and support groups, we provide strategies and resources that can assist participants with managing and controlling their diabetes.
